| Consultant A | Candidates have M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc degree in Environmental Engineering or B.E/ B.Sc in Environmental Engineering with knowledge of M.S Office |
| Consultant B | Candidates have M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc degree in Environmental Engineering or B.E/ B.Sc in Environmental Engineering with knowledge of M.S Office. |
| Consultant C | Candidates have M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc degree in Environmental Engineering or B.E/ B.Sc in Environmental Engineering or Doctoral degree in the relevant area from a recognised University with knowledge of M.S Office. |

Candidates age should not be exceeding 64 years
